| Mervac was given a restricted time frame to convert electric hot water heating and domestic hot water to gas. The five dormitories were each completed in six weeks. 1996 challenged our firm to remove electric boilers, water heaters and coils in three dormitories in six weeks. Gas fired boilers and water heaters along with new gas services were installed. The remaining two dormitories were accomplished in May of 1997 and 1998 respectively. |
