| The HVAC renovation and addition contract included removing the existing steam system and installing a new two-pipe hot water and chilled water system while the building was occupied. American Air Filter unit ventilators, McQuay chiller, H.B. Smith boilers and a DDC Controls System by Landis and Staefa were some of the key equipment installed on this project. |
