| Mervac was contracted by the college to perform the plumbing and HVAC construction. A Dunham Bush chiller, H.B. Smith cast iron boilers, unit ventilators and fan coil units were utilized on this project. A DDC automatic temperature control system was installed by Johnson Controls. |
