| The addition and
renovations on this project included the plumbing and
HVAC contracts. New hot water boilers as manufactured by
H.B. Smith, unit ventilators by American Air Filter and a
McQuay chiler were installed. The renovations included the removal of electric heating equipment and replaced by two-pipe hot water and chilled water equipment. The automatic temperature control system was a DDC installation by Siebe Environmental Company. |
